1. Who we are

This website is operated by FidelonX Private Limited, JP Nagar, Bengaluru 560078, India ("FidelonX", "we", "us"). For anything in this policy, write to contact@fidelonx.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect personal data when you send it to us through a form on this site (the contact form, or the Fidel Labs developer preview request):

• Contact form: your name, email address, company name, mobile number (optional), the product you are interested in, and your message.
• Developer preview request: your email address.
• Sent automatically with a submission: the page you submitted from, your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and the time. We use these to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include any in your message.

3. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It loads its fonts (Inter and JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads and Google receives your IP address; see Google's privacy policy.

4. How we use your data

• To read and reply to your enquiry, and to follow up about FidelonX, SiteQura or Fidel Labs.
• To add you to the Fidel Labs developer preview list, if you requested it.
• To keep the website secure, including rate-limiting and blocking spam.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business, and they process your data on our behalf:

• Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation), where your enquiry is recorded as a lead so we can manage the conversation. See Zoho's privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure), where the website runs and where a copy of each submission is stored.
• Our email provider, which delivers notifications of new enquiries to our team.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside India.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any resulting business relationship, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 8).

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are stored on a server with restricted access and are never made publicly available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Email contact@fidelonx.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have rights under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
